How to Enable Website Popups for net2max.com

 IMPORTANT!

Popups MUST be PERMANENTLY enabled for net2max.com otherwise you will not see the WebPhone or be able to control your 1CC account.

Please follow the instructions for ALL your installed popup blockers. You only need ONE Popup Blocker to be working to restrict access.

After a Popup blocker has ALLOWED a site to be added to it's list the new popup window may still not appear. In this case you will have to login again.

This is not a complete list of all browsing software and add-ons that contains  a popup blocker. If you have some other software then you will need to learn how to configure it yourself. Please forward your "how to do it" instructions when you figure it out so we can add it to this list.

Select the software that you have installed on your PC

Windows Internet Explorer (IE)

If a popup occurs on Internet Explorer a yellow bar will appear at the top of the page you are viewing.

It will say "Pop-up blocked. To see this Pup-up or additional options, click here..."

Click to Enlarge in a new window

Click on the bar and select "Settings" then "Always allow popups from this site"

If you wish to stop using IE's pop-up blocker then select "Turn off Pop-up blocker"

If you wish to check the status of the popup blocker and which sites are blocked then, on the IE menu...

Select: Tools > Options > Privacy Tab

DO NOT Block Popups: NO tick in the Block pop-ups checkbox.

Block Popups: Put a tick in the Block pop-ups checkbox. If checked then ensure that net2max.com is added to the list of exceptions by selecting the Settings button and entering net2max.com then the Add button then Close button. Then Select OK on the Privacy window

Mozilla Firefox

If a popup occurs on Firefox a yellow bar will appear at the top of the page you are viewing saying "Firefox prevented this site from opening a popup window".

Click to Enlarge in a new window

Click on the Options button on the right side of the bar

Select "Allow popups from net2max.com "

If you wish to check the status of the popup blocker and which sites are blocked then, on the Firefox menu...

Select (Popup) Exceptions

Ensure that net2max.com is on the list. If not then add it by entering net2max.com to the address of web site field and clicking the Allow button. Select Close then OK to quit.

Google Toolbar

Google Toolbar (IE) offers the simplest and most reliable solution for popups. When a popup is detected there is usually an audible click and an exclamation mark for a second at the mouse cursor. Then there is an indication on the toolbar that there is a blocked popup.

To enable popups for the site you are on simply click the popup indicator on the toolbar and it should say Popups Okay

Yahoo Toolbar

We recommend you DO NOT use Yahoo Toolbar's Popup blocker as it is difficult to operate and offers limited feedback as to when it has blocked a site. It is also too hard for the average person to find on their computer.
